1、Serious overload: the mixing shaft of the concrete mixer is more than normal working load, which will make the stirring shaft turn slowly. If the load is too large, it will cause the stirring shaft to stop.
2、There is a large foreign object between the stirring blade or the side blade and the inner wall of the tank: this will also make the mixing shaft of the concrete mixer stop turning or turning slowly. The larger foreign matter between the mixing blade or the side wall and the inner wall of the tank will cause the mixing shaft to stop. The reason why the foreign body can be stuck is due to the excessive mixing of the mixing blades or the side walls of the concrete mixer.
3、The motor drive belt is too loose: too much motor drive belt of concrete mixer can cause slow rotation or stop rotation of the mixing shaft of the concrete mixer, and the transmission belt of the motor is too loose, resulting in insufficient power transmission.
Terms of settlement:
1、The overloading of the concrete mixer causes the stirring shaft to be stopped, only the amount of feed is adjusted, the excess material is unloaded and the rotation load of the mixing shaft is reduced.
2、When the side blade is stuck with the inner wall, there will be sharp sharp frictions before the stopping of the mixing shaft. When this happens, it is necessary to shut down the machine immediately, check out the foreign matter manually, and re adjust the gap between the mixing blade of the concrete mixer or the side wall and the inner wall of the tank.
3、When the motor belt of a concrete mixer is too loose, the tension of the motor drive belt of a concrete mixer can be adjusted after stopping the machine.
