Concrete mixer truck is a kind of construction machinery with high working intensity and high reliability. To ensure its efficient working condition, routine maintenance is particularly important.

For newly purchased vehicles, the first use of about 50 hours, should check around the bolt, bolt head comprises a tank body and the reducer, reducer connecting bolt and the front of the base, the base and the connecting bolt tug frame, and side beam and cross beam connecting bolts, then to ensure a regular monthly check.

Check whether the lubricating oil of the joint of the wheel and the raceway is dry and dry before driving every day. It should be supplemented in time to maintain good lubrication effect. Every time in the vehicle engine oil level check before cooler and reducer, ensure the oil level indicator in the visual range; check the hydraulic oil seal, keep the hydraulic system cleaning and sealing, to avoid dust and water pollution caused by oil hydraulic system, the system is not working properly or damaged. Check whether the fastening bolts of the pipeline and hydraulic equipment are loose, ensure the safety of the equipment, and replace the bolts if necessary. Often check the performance of the radiator fan and temperature control switch to ensure its normal work, the oil temperature is generally around 65 degrees C, the fan will automatically open. Pay attention to the pressure gauge indication on the radiator. When the pointer is in the red area, the filter element should be replaced. For the filter element that has been used for more than a year, even if the pointer is not in the red area, it should be replaced, and the product of the same manufacturer should be used.

At least once a month, clean the dirt on the roller and the raceway, and pour the grease into the wheel through the oil nozzle on the wheel. Ensure that the drive shaft is lubricated at least once a month. 

The components of the hydraulic system are of high accuracy and simple maintenance, but the requirements are very high. The hydraulic oil must be changed regularly, for the first time to run for 500 hours, and then for 2000 hours or at least once a year. The filter element should be replaced at the same time. When refuel or oil change, the engine must be in a stop state, otherwise the hydraulic system will be damaged.

　　After changing the oil, the sealing performance of the hydraulic system must be checked, and all the bolts should be re tightened and the new sealing element should be replaced when necessary. It is absolutely forbidden to use unqualified oil or different brands of hydraulic oil. After the new oil is changed, let the engine turn 15 minutes without turning the drum, and check the oil level is suitable.

　　Because of the special properties of concrete, the inner part of the mixer and the tank must be kept clean, which requires that the waterway system has a good working condition. So we must also attach importance to the proper use and maintenance of the water system. When the water is loaded, the outlet ball valve must be closed. At the same time, the bleed ball valve should be in the open state. After the water is added, the vent valve must be closed in time. The water tank should generally add water to 3/4. It should be closed when the vehicle is running, so as not to affect the braking performance of the vehicle. A ban on free tank welding and changes to avoid heavy impact; the water level display tube and the filter should be replaced in a timely manner, in order to avoid congestion, influence of water level judgment; often check various valve is blocked or whether there is abnormal, lubrication and timely; in the use of ice may environment, water supply system must be emptying the water to prevent frost crack of the pipeline checking of the sealing system; often, the key parts of the painting line with sealant.
