On May 30th, one of our Huaxing brand HBT50 stationary concrete pumps was shipped to Malaysia. After 13 days, customer received this pump successfully on June 13th.

When Huaxing sales team won this order at the beginning, Huaxing engineer team immediately made the project and production plan according to customer’s requirements. This concrete pump is with configuration of Rexroth hydraulic system and Yuchai diesel engine. The control system is special for concrete pump machine. Main specification includes concrete output 55 m3/h, pumping pressure 8 Mpa, and etc. What’s more, there were 100M concrete pipes and large quantity of spare parts to be offered free of charge, which was shipped together with the machine. Huaxing factory completed the production in the shortest time according to original schedule. And shipped it to Malaysia successfully.

Due to the COVID-9 situation in local, Huaxing engineers could not go there to do training. However, in order to help the customer's operator to get familiar with the equipment as soon as possible, Huaxing engineering team made a detailed operation video, and guided the customer how to use through the online video training.

This concrete pump will be used for a 20 floors tall building. The customer was very satisfied with this cooperation and said that there will be more cooperation in the future.
