1.Piston cleaning pool of water should maintain two-thirds of the water level.For example, when the temperature of oil is too high, the water should be changed, which can prolong the life of the piston. The cleaning pool should be checked everyday, whether the water is turbid, whether there’s sand. Problems should be solved the first time, so that the life of delivery cylinder can be prolonged.

2. Check the oil whether spouts out of the air bleed hole of the reducer or not everyday.Please notify the repair department ASAP in case of worse situations appear if the oil spout is found ,solve the problem in time please .

3.The turntable, boom, legs, vice beam should be checked frequently , to ensure whether there is cracking, and the connecting bolts are loose or not.

4.The pump should be checked whether the hoisting mechanism has a lubricating oil spill when the work is finished.The wear degree of hydraulic oil level, eyeglasses plate, and cutting board should be checked.

5.In the case of oil is not bad,you should replace the transfer box, turntable reducer once a year.If the oil is bad ,you should find the reasons and replace it in time.
