Now today, let us continue to discus on how to control the oil temperature and the operation of the concrete placing boom.  It is helpful to extend its lifetime before following all the steps.

1, The operation of the placing boom

Do not drag the hose in the front of the concrete placing boom, it is strictly forbidden to extend the pipe and placing boom. Shall not use placing boom to spread the concrete when wind reach to level 6 or up. Do not move the body when the placing boom is in full extension.The upper section of the boom should be folded and fixed if need remove the body during operation, the moving speed shall not exceed 10 km/h.

2, The oil temperature control

In general, before pumping, when the hydraulic oil temperature is lower than 15 ℃, should improve the oil temperature by extend the air run time to ensure the smooth operation.
