To clean the concrete in the pipeline, it is necessary to master the principle that it should be fast and complete the cleaning within 40 minutes after use. The longer the time, the easier the concrete will solidify and the more difficult it is to clean.
The first method, washing method:
This method is the most common and frequently used method. Most people will add water to the hopper, then pump the water out through the end horse to clean the delivery tube.
However, it is not very convenient to add water directly to the hopper, you can also choose the method of cleaning the delivery pipe by the reverse pump. Firstly, open the discharge door of the pump hopper, then insert the end hose into the water (in the river, in the pond or in the bucket, etc.), the counter pump absorbs water, and then the remaining concrete is washed out from the bottom of the hopper.
The second method, dry cleaning method:
In the absence of water or remote from the water source, dry cleaning can be used. The dry cleaning method is the same as the washing method, but it needs to be used together with the cleaning ball. The cleaning ball can be inserted from the S-tube end into the delivery tube and then pumped until the cleaning ball is ejected from the end hose.
It is also possible to use the back pump method to insert the cleaning ball from the end hose and use the reverse pumping until the cleaning ball is drawn into the hopper to complete the entire cleaning process.
The third method, air washing method:
The cleaning ball needs to be used together,insert the cleaning ball into the conveying pipe, and the compressed air is injected into the conveying pipe through the auxiliary device until the cleaning ball is driven out from the end hose of the pumping vehicle.
