       Fault description: The hoisting is not accurate, the overload alarm occurs. The machine cannot be used normally.

One of Huaxingm’s old clients - a construction company in Odessa Ukraine, purchased a Sany crawler crane from Huaxingm in 2017.When the machine arrived at Odessa, our  engineer instructed the customer to install and use the machine, and trained the operator. It has been used very well for two years, and nothing fault happened till now. This customer has highly praised our company's products and services.

On March 20, 2019, our company received an inquiry from this customer, that they wanted to purchase some crawler crane spare parts for another crane, which was very old and manufactured in 2008 . They described that it had been broken down. The lifting weight was not displayed properly, and the overload alarm occurred. So the machine could not be used normally. They hoped to get our support to offer them the spare parts and see whether the problem could be solved.

This customer thought that the force limiter was damaged and asked our engineer to provide drawings so that they could purchase the relevant accessories and replace them. After careful analysis to this phenomenon by our engineer Mr He, it was confirmed that such a force limiter could not be purchased in the market, unless they can replace the entire set of force limiter system. However, to replace a complete set of force limiter system costs too much. This is definitely an very huge expense for our customer. In order to solve the customer’s problem as soon as possible, our engineer arrived at the customer's site on March 21 to inspect the equipment. Then he re-adjusted the force limiter and finally made it to work normally. When the customer’s equipment manager and the operator saw this and confirmed that the equipment wasreally in working successfully, they felt extremely surprised and gave thumbs up and applause to our engineer Mr He!

This kind of service action can not only solve the equipment problem, but also reduce lots of expenses for our clients. And make the project moving on smoothly in very short time.
