1, Check the items

Before using it, make sure the fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, water tank is sufficient. The tire pressure is in line with the regulations. The lighting and signal indicator are well equipped; the hydraulic system is working properly, no leaking for the pipeline; the washing pump and other equipment are good. No debris in the bucket, good condition of the protection grid on the hopper and cover well. Concrete pump pipeline connect and sealed well.

2, Distributing the concrete pipe,rubber hose and the concrete placing boom

The concrete pipe and rubber hose should be selected according to the regulation. Do not use the pipe out of the specified diameter. Moreover, the distributing pipes shall be accordance with the manufacturing manual. And the concrete placing boom can rotary after lifting off the rod. Also it is forbidden to lift or drag the parts.
